We are very excited to welcome Botanical Colors for an interactive community indigo dip.

Botanical Colors offers natural dyes and education to textile and fiber arts artisans around the world. They support regional farmers, organic farming, regenerative soil and are forever excited creating new plant-based colors out of their Seattle-based studio (from Botanical Colors).

You will learn how to dye fabric with a variety of indigo known as Indigofera tinctoria.

This hands-on activity will be held in the Meadow area North of the Tea House on June 14th from 11am-1:00pm and is free and open to the public. Space is limited, so plan to arrive early!

Entry to the garden is free the whole day from noon to closing for Free First Thursday.

Final entry to the garden is 45 minutes before closing.
